ya u can appear .. but its better to do step1 first as it helps forming ur basics.. many topics in step 1 r repeated in step 2 ck therefore better to do step 1 first .

Agree. Better to do step 1 first. But some do Step 2 first and then 1 and face no problems.

Well in my opinion if u feel that ur clinical sub. are good then u can give step 2 first. as 1 of my friend gave it in final year and got 95 .
Its always better to give step 1 first but some people give step 2 early ...so just think and decide.

I think it will be good for u to appear in the step 2 first as it is the exam of the subjects u r aready studying and since u r a student so I think ur basis will be good and strong just be confident and go ahead u will do it
