which contents is decreased, for the stored bile, compared with fresh hepatic bile.

The answer sheet gave water (if it is, it's a fking meaningless q.....)

But i seem remeber another source gave different answer (like bilirubin or cholesterol), so what's your opinioin?

This is physio, the liver manufacture the constituant of bile (bile salts, cholesterol, phospholipids, bile pigments, ions, and water) and send to the warehouse (gallbladder) for storage, during the transist through the bile duct, ions an water are secreted into the bile (secretin action), but reabsorption of water and ions occurs in the gallblader and the bile is more concentrated and stored.

My guess is water!!!!!!!!!
