Guttate PsoriasisConfusedkin lesion (scaly) with usually red covered patches with silvery scales. Discrete, demarcated, teardrop-shaped patches of skin are located all over the body.

This pt mostly has guttate ppsoriasis
Typically 2-5 mm juicy red covered with dcant silvery scale ..occurs abruptly usually following streptococaal pharyngitis .Rx urti with systemic antibiotics resolve the eruptions
If penicillin or cephalo fail rifampin can be tried
UVB or topical corticosteroids acan speed up recovery
