In case 7 of the first Aid 2cs, the case is about an infant with upper respiratory tract infection,in the physical exam nothing was done.Does it mean that we dont do physical exam on infant on the real exam day?
I need an answer fom ssomebody who is very sure and please let me know your source of information.

there is no pediatric patients in real test so ...where we can do a physical, we usually talk by phone or with mom
