How much does it cost to reschedule? if anyone knows.

And if its am, what time exactly the exam start in houston or chicago?

NO reschedule fee if it is within 14 days and exam start 8 am every where

if rescheduling 14 days prior to (not including ) ur exam day there is NO rescheduling fee, but if reschudling within 14 days of exam it costs $150...u can find this on ecfmg website where u go for rescheduling cs date...
regarding ur next question it starts at 8, better to go there 10 min before.
