Hyperviscosity in Waldenstr,s Macroglobulinemia is due to:
1. few RBC 2.few platelets 3.exsess amount of Ig M antibody 4.Exsess amount of plasma cells

In Waldenstrom's the malignant cells are hybrids of B lymphocytes and plasma cells, not just pure plasma cells as in MM. Majority of the symphtoms in WM are due to the paraprotien JgM.

it's in the definition: "Waldenstorm's is a lymphoproliferative disorder of excess IgM production" - answer is clearly 3
