hi
can any one tell me how many usmle world questions in pathology including pathophysiology ? some say 700 and some say 898!! pls reply me thanks

see acc to that futile case law...if a patient is in terminal stage of any disease and in the stem of the question they mention that nothin more can be done...then only the doc can decide not to give treatment...such cases are like brainstem death...a pt cant be declared dead unless theres brain death...n theres no reason for the doc in ur question to assume that this will be futile attempt since no literature says that severe aortic stenosis is having 100% mortality...i would disagree...
