Me too in similar situation. recently started some observership by paying as i earlier thought it was waste of money. the other thing of mine was few attempts.

thx for the reply.can you please tell me what kind of us lors help withresidency. what does a 'good lor 'say and does it matter if it is written by a pvt practioner or a teaching faculty
