well, the think is I am actually, here in United states and I was on Visa- and got my I-94 when I entered the territory but Have just found it out that dont have this littel paper attached to my passportt anymore (lost? where?)
have no idea..have to apply for the change of my status and I will this for this change ?
I am confused-scared-
Have NO Idea what to do
what will happen to me.

Not the right place but please any kind soul guide me.

hey do u have a photocopy of it?? just to show the num, then go to ur local USCIS OFFICE, with possible he boarding pass u used to enter the country, ur passport showing the date u entered , they will issue u a new , somethin similar happeded to me too.. or they make ask u to fill another form 4 a new one... u just have to prove when u enter this country with ur boarding pass and all that.. hope this helps..

but I dont have any copy of this because Never thought to keep a copy
but I have my Passport and the F! visa stamp when I entered the US territotory there is the date of my entry.
