I actually failed initially and then got low steps 1 and 2, Then I got
a 97 in Step 3-first attempt; this landed me a nice residency...

first of all tell me the name of the program which gave you residency? Your name should be in Genis book of world records. Here many people come on this forum and please dont de-tract them. If you have any "secret treasure: please post it here. Dont collect email.
