Need info about official USMLE transcript - lisette

After getting the score report do we have to request for an official transcript or only when someone asks for it?

There seems to be a time limit for the availability of the transcript...so should I get it?

I don't understand how this works, can someone please explain??

when do we need to apply for the transcript..even I havent yet applied...is it in september when u apply 2 programs?...could someone please throw some light on it?

usmle transcript is not really needed formatch unless u have lost ur score reports, or just need it to keep for lifetime.
they have the electornic copies of ur score reports, u dnt need to send them usmle scores while applying in sept.
