levin 280, why it is c? my answer sheet also say c . Is there any reason? I also vote for A since she is obese, has BP raised for 3 months on 3 occasion. Before starting medication, I guess weight reduction is better since BP is mild and is asymptomatic.

This pt is likely to be having endocrine abnormlties like cushings considering her wt, age and sex. It will amt to mismanagement to embark on exercise and wt reductn measures without first finding out the cause of the HBP. Surely the ans. is CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC.
