I had a doubt ant the H1 VISA process.
When the hospital works on ur nonimigrant H1B VISA in the USA and if you are on a B2 VISA status , U have to make a travel to ur hometown to get the H1 stamped. How exactly is the procedure. I mean do u need to take the date for the interview at the USA embassy in ur hometown or u get the entire approval from the USCIS and INS in USA and then u just need to go to the US consulate in ur country to get the h1 stamped. These days the interview for B1B2 and F1 VISa needs to be scheduled 46 days before in some cities. Does this period of delay apply for H1 also or the INS and USCIS itself send u the date when to go to the US Consulate in ur hometown
