ASK ABOUT THESE. DON'T WASTE TIME ASKING EVERY QUESTION ABOUT EACH SYSTEM (although I list many in my cases). ASKING 1 OR 2 QUESTIONS FROM CATEGORIES NOT COVERED IN THE HPI WILL IMPRESS THE SP:
Constitutional (fever, weight loss, etc.)
Eyes
Ears, nose, mouth, throat
Cardiovascular
Respiratory
Gastrointestinal
Genitourinary
Musculoskeletal
Integumentary
Neurological
Psychiatric
Endocrine
Hemotologic/Lymphatic
Allergic/Immunologic

When I took CS, I asked "Are there any problems you haven't yet told me with your heart, lungs, bones, muscles, skin...." right down the list of 14 posted above. Don't speak too quickly. Give the SP a chance to interrupt.

I am a family resident who took CS last year. I'm only giving my opinion and trying to help.
