So name 6 things that make you valuable... 6 things that make you unique... 6 things that they'll get if they accept you

This question is about what your presence will do for them, for the others in the program, for their staff, their patients, etc.

For example, if you are a "people person" that is an asset, because you can get along with most people and understand what their issues are. If you speak 4 languages, you will be able to help non-English speakers feel more comfortable in that hospital.
