If anyone knows, please answer this:

1.How much space(lines) do we have in provided electronic form of Patient Note?

2.How much space in one of those lines provided for DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS and DIAGNOSTIC WORKUP?

Any information is greatly appreciated.
