the mycoplasma Ab will bibd to hemolysin sensitized a RBC and it will further fix the complement ,
hence when anti-rbc is added thought it will combine with the RBC but since complement is not present hence there will be no hemolysis
hence in end we will have decreased complement level ,no hemolysis ,and we have proved presence of mycoplasma infection
