Can any one tell mewhat are the pre op orders?

Do we need to write what type of anesthesia we ll be giving the patient?

pt, ptt, npo, blood type and cross match, preoperative antiobiotics if major surgery.

anesthesiologist will do their job. no need to order anesthesia
