Another ccs case...Alcohol abuse
can any one help me out in these two..Tx

do all routine for pregnancy
consult surgery
consult onclo
do mrm and chemo
do radiotherapy for metastatic cancer after pregnancy
hormonal therapy after pregnancy
counsel mom
monitor mother and baby

so no radiotherapy in pregnacy
no chemo in first trimester

Generally, we do not do any specific chemo or radiation therapy for cancer cases in CCS. Always ask specialist to do that. We are primary care doctors..

Pregnancy workup and Oncology,surgery, and radiotherapy consult and the case ends??

What is the work up for a 2nd trimester pregnant , it should not be the same protocol used for visit 1.
