Telemetry??? - oncogene

Is this the same as cardiac monitoring? If it is the same thing if you type cardiac monitoring in the er do you have to then type telemetry in the ward?

What cases should you use it in? I know for sure like chf.

telemetry means retieval or sending lab/clinical info electronically,
so I would use it when pt comes in office na dis unstable I stabilize, wrtie telemetrY,
and transfer to ward
