I think it's A.

Because of lack of folicular growth at puberty, the overy should be found atrofied. There is no estrogen and progesteron, but due to androgen pt. dev. a little secodary sex.

Correct me if I am wrong.

AA..bcz i thought its Turner..syndrome-->whch is most common cause of primary amennorrhea

I think its D obesity points to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), but at the same time she's just 1.40 I think its just a distractor , which let you think abow Turner Syn
