Do we need to wait 4 hours to get CT Scan Result ? - iqbalibrahim

Dear friends,
if you see USMLE software, it asks to wait for CT Scan head Result before giving any Hypertensive medicine in hypertensive emergency. CT Scan takes 4 hours to get the result. Do we need to wait that long and keep patient in ER without antihypertensive therapy. I know we need to get CT result First. But I am confused. Please let me know what you think.

in usmle cd sotware it is not taking much time. UW software their misatke.
