I apply last year,this year I got 3 US LOR,should I send it with coversheet for each one and Document form,,,,or I can send it with cover sheet only with out document form ,
and what other else should send it this year other than those 3 LOR

if you have the lors with you, dont send coverletter with them because this will delay scanning. coverletter is just fot eh writer if he want to send the lor by himself.
send only one dsf for the 3 lors after you fill in the names inside it or if you couldnt do that then you can print one dsf for each document.
the ecfmg will reupload automatically the mspe and med school and your photo and other lors from the last year except if you asked them thru dsf to replace any of them.
