Shoulder pain - docholiday

Does anyone have a good link or knowledge regarding diagnosing the different types of shoulder pain?

For example:
AC joint arthritis
Biceps tendonitis
Shoulder bursitis
Rotator cuff tears
Suprapinatus tendonitis
Etc...

My knowledge in MSK injuries is seriously lacking. I keep blowing off questions related to this stuff, but it keeps coming up. So it would make sense to have a good understanding of how to diagnose and treat these things.

I have noticed that there are many, many tests with weird names that are used to diagnose. For example,
Empty can test
Speed test
etc...

My web searches have only resulted in very sporadic and incomplete hits.

Any suggestions?

I am under the impression that this is 'high yield' must know stuff for STEP 3. Especially considering that previously test takers have highlighted the fact that FP type clinical scenarios are highly tested.
