I've been studying for CK for a while, and my score on the practice tests doesn't seems to be improving much. This is my 4th pass on World and I am averaging below 60%. Is there a trick to remembering the answers to 2300 questions?

You should probably go back to your books and start memorizing what you learned a little more. I am sure that will improve your score since you will have better recall on what you already know. For example, I am sure you know the signs, symptoms, d/x and r/x of CHF but you should memorize the little details that will make you fly through the qs faster and more efficient. Like knowing what the initial step is in the d/x of CHF exacerbation in an otherwise asymptomatic CHF patient, or knowing the list of d/c meds off the top of your head.
This should cut the time it takes answering qs and give you more confidence answering qs.
60% is very solid, I am sure you will be up around 70% if you take sometime memorizing what you already know.
