It is bone cancer not because it presents with pain pain but it arises in the bone

Primary defect is in the bone marrow.. producing tons of plasma cells.

Remember Plasma cells are made from B lymphocytes. And all B lymphocytes are made in bone marrow from begging to end.

It is Pre T lymphocytes that are made part in the marrow then they move to thymus where they mature. They dont make plasma cell any ways (at least not directly).
