tricyclics first.............if any compli occur then we use gabapentin

yeah thats y i had a doubt..wanted to confirm wat u guys say..
coz usmlealgorith videos person says gabapentin

ya, in kap they gave gabapantin and pregabalin are best...
so, go with gabapantin if given along with TCAs.
