because examination of urine for fat is too non specific, while arteriography is too invasive?

here is the rest of the choices
a) inquire about recent alcohol intake
b) urine fat bodies
c) leukocyte count with differential
d)ecg
e) pulmonay aterigraphy

24 hours after Hospi ( increase BP agitation, insomnia; etc etc) it is Delirium tremens.....> A inquire about recent alcohol intake.

fat embolism, patient should have chest pain and short of breath.
