when to give steroids,iv Ig,platelet transfusion

life threatening bleeding iv Ig or platelet transfusion????

its good to mention about spleenectomy compared to platelet transfusion which is rarely the answer ( brain hemorhage with platelets less than 20000)

if less than 100,00,000 than steroid first, if not helpful iv ig can be given, if these dont work than spleenectomy

if count more than 1 lakh than monitoring with platelet count is good approach
