i iook the exam, in houston, every case i missed some thing,i did the closure for 11cases,in pt notes i missed some thing, i wrote only three dd for some cases,can i pass the exam , i am scary , please help me

dont think there is anything to worry about,who says that 5dds have to be written in every case?? btw, what do u mean by 'i am scary' ??? lets hope u didnt scare the pts

It's not necessary in a clinical scenario more than 3 DDs if one of those is the correct diagnosis. If the clinical picture is obvious, so you dont need more than 2 or 3.
