start with prednisone, if non responsive add cyclophosphamide or mycophenolate

mycophenolate mofetil is the DOC . as u all know inhibits purine synth and dec prolif of lymphocytes

mycophenolate is good due to better safety profile than cyclophosphamide. But steroids first.
