can some explain briefly what this is,
should everyone register. how does mrmp affect you application if you apply to more than 1 program thank you

NRMP is the resident matching program, register with it only if u have at least 1 interview. Thats the website you will use to fill in your rank order list.

if you apply to categorical programs you will have only one list... so you could have example
1. hospital a, IM 2. Hospital b Psych 3. hospital c FM 4. HospitaL D IM etc

what about preli and if i get a prematch should i redraw from the match before i accept

Not sure about the ROL for prelim med or surgery.
But basically you always sign the contract and then withdraw from the match.

i started the registration but got confused at the part of asking withdrawal from match before accepting other programs ????, i think i will wait when interview starts

Like i said, register ONLY after you get at least 1 interview. If you dont get any interviews, the registration fee will go waste (lets hope that scenario of no interviews doesnt arise though !! good luck !)
