Please I need some objective advice...I want to know what are my chances for anesthesiology. I'm an IMG graduated in 2004, us citizen, with 96 for step 1, 98 for step 2ck and cs passed all in first attempt. I have 3 months anesthesio observership, 1 month in family and 2 month in psychiatry but I have low score in my transcripts, one course repeat and 4 make up exam.

Apply in anesthesia but apply other specialties as backup too

I never heard any commennts about med school transripts during any interview !!!
At most, they will ask you how many years is med school in your country !

You are in good shape, however, as the wise man said, apply to other specialities as backup too
