I took the exam in chicago and passed despite the following errores:
1- never remembered to do fundoscopy in follow up OF three SP with HTN and DM.
2-forgot to extend the foot rest in one SP
3-completley forgot to ask about the sexual History, social history and family history in 3 (if not more) patients
4-finished the odd telephone case in less than 5 minutes and didn't know what to write on PN because I didn't think of any DD
5-forgot concelling for smoking in one SP, and for alcohol in another SP
6- feeling awkward in data gathering in front of one SP.
7-Did not have any idea about the DD in one case....
8-my handwriting on PN is hardly understood.
9-forgot many important questions regarding the CC in 4 cases.
Add to that that I was one of the only three IMG who appeared to the center on the exam day.... the rest were ofcourse AMG.
Oh guys, can you blieve that I passed with the above mistakes which I never did during the exam preparation.........
I wrote this post to tell every cs takers that you still have high chance to pass despite the many mistakes that you may commit during the exam......
