hi allplease answer these queries ..................I need H1B visa so should I only apply to programs offering H1b visa or I can apply to J1 visa and later negotiate the possibility of a H1b visa with the program........
2)Some colleges are offering me observership in early 2010 so can I mention that on my CAF........Could I apply to programs asking 4 a USCE on this basis .
