i printted the covering letters for LORs

what date should i put in covering letters

and what should i write in specialty column,?i want to use one LOR for many spe

the date on the cover letter should always be earlier than the date in the LOR..e.x, of the date in LOR is 06/06/09..then the date on the coverletter shouldbe something like 06/04/09 or earlier than that.
if you want to use same LOR for many ..then write 'All Specialties' in specialty column
