Being medical student myself, I know how hard the Step I preparations can be. There are many books to read and numerous notes to compile. To make studying more efficient, I put together a set of my personal notes, which I have assembled by reading numerous medical texts and review books. You can drastically cut your studying time if you just read these notes. The notes contain information from Kaplan, Goljan (including 500 and 99 Page High Yield pointers), Costanza, Levinson, Cotran/Kumar, plus many more books. Understanding important concepts, rather than pure memorization is the key to doing well on USMLE and my notes highly stress on understanding. All concepts are explained in full sentences (unlike First Aid). I personally drew most of the diagrams and tables, and they are very simple to understand. The notes are written in full sentences and full explanations are provided (including menstrual cycle, hemostasis, endocrinology, plus many many more). All information is high-yield and very easy read. I spent countless hours preparing these notes for my personal studying, and now I would like to share them with you. You will save LOTS of time and energy by reading these notes, instead of reading corresponding books.
