unfractionated heparin can cause HIT: aPTT prolonged

LMWH can also cause HIT: aPTT not used to monitor this (X a used)

how do we monitor this

is enoxaparin a LMWH and hence wecant use aPTT to monitir it

and is danaparoid monitored with Xa. its not heparin and like heparin.(heparanoid)

yes correct, enoxaprin is a LMWH can cause HIT and monitered via antifactorx activity
danaparoid is not LMWH but heparenoid, used in cases of HIT as an alternative, also monitered using antifactor x activity
