diuretic to be used is it thiazide for nephrogenic DI receptor defect
amiloride for lithium induced? explain pls

PRETTY SURE ITS THIAZIDE FOR LITHIUM INDUCED NEPH DI.
lithium is an ADH antagonist so this side effect occurs.. but how does giving a diuretic improve this?? please explain someone::

actually it is given tht thiazide shldnot b given in lithium induced and amiloride shld be given(in kaplan lectues).but how?
