I originally couldnt get one from my medical school so ECFMG gave me one, I now realized that I can get one. Can this replace the original one sent by ECFMG?

Yes, it can replace that one. Send it now and ask ecfmg not to transmit the one they gave you on Nov 1st which is when Dean's letter are transmitted to programs.
