As a Foreign Medical Graduate, I have applied for USMLE through ECFMG. I™ve passed Step 2SC already. Now I™m applying for Step 1. One of the questions that IWA application process asks is if I have ever submitted an application to NBME for a part or step examination.
Do you know if I have to say Yes or No to this question. Since I had applied to ECFMG for Step 2CS, the answer should be NO; however all the applications eventually go to NBME for scheduling permit. So Yes could be a true answer too!
