According to FA high sensitivity is desirable for a screening test whereas high specificity is desirable for a confirmatory test. In a highly lethal dz you'd definitly want your screening to have a high sensitivity so to decrease the false negatives (makes sense, cause you don't want to tell a patient he doesn't have the lethal disease when in fact he does have it). Therefore I pick 1, sensitivity, for the answer.
