what's the clinical context of the diarrhea?

indeed, it could be a double pathology, but before which, exclude:

1. infective diarrhea which is by far the most common
2. diabetic neuropathy which can cause a hypermotility issue
3. other causes of diarrhea like osmotic (malabsorption) and inflammatory bowel disease

correct me if i'm wrong, but i would think that DKA presents with more nausea and vomiting than diarrhea?
