Hey guys,i noticed that UW tends to write the patient notes in layman's terms while FA writes them in medical terms eg A 30yr old F c/o amenorrhoea for 3months.Does anyone have any inputs concerning this?Thanks for your inputs in advance.

patient note from FA is excellent.
i followed it and passed my exam.

the patient note should be written in medical terms but the discussion with the patient should not be in medical terms, the theory is talk in laymen terms and wrtie and think in medical terms
