hi can somoene tell the diff betw vertigo and dizziness.

and what diseases are assoc with it and how we can get the answer in the exam within in one minute..

vertigo describes the feeling of movements when it's actually a false sensation ..
meaning, to feel like room is spinning arround .. they will mention that on the question, then u ll know that's vertigo ..
whereas dizziness is applied to a different kinds of symptoms, and it's so non specific, it could be used by the pt to describe vertigo, lightheaddness, syncope etc. so u have to continue reading the question and u ll get the full description ..

vertigo has a lot of causes, and each one has a clue, please specifiy wt u r thinking about, so we can help u better ..
