the steroid receptors in the cytoplasm r bound to hsp 90 and hsp 56. so when cortisol binds to these receptors there is release of free hsp 90

the question is not asking that to which substance cortisol will bind inside the cell ...its asking which intracelluar substance will increase....
we know that all steriod harmones increase transcription and mRNA production will increase

sorry guys ...i missed. it says which of the following increase immediately after the exposure?

as all of u are right but C will increase immediately as h-badhey explained.
