it depends on Platelets count and pathogenesis.

as example,
count --50, 000 -- we can get petechiae, purpura.
but when count is below 20, 000 , we can suspect any kind of bleeding as example intracranial hemorrhage.
regarding pathogenesis, if PC is low and that is related to leukemia, we can expect more bleeding phenomena that usually a ITP doesn't show.
