kaplan says in addisons disease, insufficient glucocorticoids lead to hypoglycemia and INABILITY OF THE KIDNEY TO SECRETE A WATER LOAD (HYPONATREMIA). i dun understand the second part how does insufficent glucocorticoid cause an inability of the kidney to excrete a water load (hyponatremia), either the answer is pretty simple or mayb i am jus to tired to try 2 understand.anybody?
