I just realised the Q I am posting comes from kaplan-q-bank.
I did not know becouse I have them on CD but no autor.
If u planing to do kaplan and u are thinking it ia not a good idea to read them - just I am teling u probably is a Kaplan q-bank.I am not 100% sure.

Kaplan Q bank cd has 41 blocks with 50q in each.U can chk if its the same as u have with the one that is on this site www.iuhs-isa.org.
Its also pst on this other forum called usmle web.

some Qs are from Kap Q bank.
but a few are not.
may be they are a compilation. Real on line Q bank contains many CTs/histo/patho slides.
since I did them a while ago, I did not remember fully.
as shri said, u can check with other possible open sites.
