hi there!! anyone heard of this new way to get greencard thru a nursing course in russia for 1 yr what do u people think is it genuine and will getting a green card as a nurse help me getting a residendecy prog... do help me on that...

think about it after you clear your usmle and getting ecfmg. Nurses who clear their CGFNS exams get green card from their home country itself, even before entering US. But do not plan on going through that road without ecfmg, since being a nurse in USA will have its contract and work schedule with little time to study for the steps. This is how I feel about the whole thing, and I could be wrong, and welcome corrections.
